Policies

MONET INTERNATIONAL RETURNED GOOD & WARRANTY PROCESS:

  • ms: All shipments will be sent” pre-paid and add” unless otherwise directed.
    Contact Monet and request a return Authorization (RA) or warranty Evaluation (WE) form prior to returning the item. The
    form will be generated by MONET with a “Claim Number” and faxed or emailed as required.
  • A product serial number, MONET order number, MONET invoice number or original purchase order number is required to
    start the return or warranty process.
  • Warranty claims must be supplied with information specific to the error, damage or defect of the product.
  • A copy of the RA / WE form or Claim Number must be included along with the returned item
  • MONET INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for shipping damage to items being returned, Please pack items carefully
  • Freight cost associated with Returns or warranty will be paid by the party returning the item.

RETURN TO STOCK - MONET INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS:

  • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee equal to Rs. 500 20% of dealer net price, whichever is greater.
  • Items must be returned with 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be received in unused “Like New” condition and returned with original packing.
  • Items returned after 7 days or not received in “Like New” condition will be subject to a responding / repacking fee

RETURN TO STOCK - MONET INTERNATIONAL RESALE OR SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS:

  • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee equal to Rs. 500 or 20% of dealer net price, whichever is greater.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
  • Items must be received in unused “Like New” condition and returned with original packaging. Items returned after 7 days or
    not received in “Like New” condition will be subject to a reconditioning / repacking fee
  • Special order items will be subject to restocking fees determined on a case-by-case basis.

WARRANTY EVALUATION (WE) - MONET INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of issuance of WE claim number
  • Replacement parts can be requested at time of WE claim. Replacement part and freight costs are subject to invoicing if WE
    claim is denied.
  • New, refurbished, or repaired parts may be sent out as replacements at MONET INTERNATIONAL discretion.
  • If replacement parts are not requested at time of WE claim, item will be repaired / replaced and returned.
  • MONET INTERNATIONAL will cover the outgoing freight cost of warranted parts. Freight cost associated with expedited
    shipment of warranted parts will be cover by others.
  • If entire indicators / assemblies are returned for warranty exchange, please see Return to Stock policy. Customer may be
    invoiced for item if not returned in “Like New” condition
  • If item is eligible for labor / travel expense reimbursement, the appropriate section of the WE claim form must be completed
    and returned with item.
  • When claim is closed, customer will receive a completed “Return Evaluation From” with descriptions of findings
  • Customer is responsible for reviewing this form and reporting any discrepancies within 10 days of claim completion.

WARRANTY EVALUATION (WE) - MONET RESALE OR SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of issuance of claim
  • Replacement parts can be requested at time of WE claim. Replacement part and freight costs are subject to invoicing if WE
    claim is denied
  • New, refurbished or repaired parts may be sent out as replacements at MONET discretion.
  • If replacement parts are not requested at the time of claim, MONET will return item to the manufacturer for repair. The item
    will then be

    invoiced for item if
  • not returned in “Like New” condition.
  • MONET resale or special order products will follow the published warranty period and policy of manufacturer
  • MONET resale or special order products are never eligible for labor / travel expense reimbursement
